Warriors

War parties and preparing for defense was part of Native life. Warriors attached symbols of power to their shield to protect them from the enemy. The Buffalo and Eagle were among the protectors of the warrior as well as their clan symbol. Each figure will be different because of the unique characteristics of the individual gourd.
